In my opinion they should remove the inputs: username and url. And also prevent you from typing your email there. The cli interface is really good, especially when combined with something like dmenu or rofi. They just have to remove the option of typing the password in a COMMAND LINE HISTORY :). Also the option of listing password entries is just not a good idea.

Love the video, but not for a new beginner to follow.. just saying things where new beginner don't know where to click to follow along with you. does not help. :(

Are you using a synology Nas for hosting?

Yeah I host it as a Docker container in my Synology. Snapshots/backups on the synology make it a good solution for hosting things like this.

Could you maybe also show your backup procedure for the own hosted passbolt docker version.

My docker compose creates a volume for passbolt and the database. All you need to do is backup this volume. I backup this volume through my NAS (snapshots and hyperbackup). I talk a little bit about it in my latest video kzitem.info/news/bejne/p3xrnIGKk3pyo3o

What is a dealbreaker for me is that Passbolt doesn’t support 2FA for logins in the community edition

Hey there! This is no longer the case! Since version 3.9 CE supports MFA. I use both Google Auth and a yubikey in my setup. Here is the release notes for 3.9 CE help.passbolt.com/releases/ce/v390-bunny

Not sure, if you are using the docker compose it should work. Id post an issue on github.com/passbolt/passbolt_docker/issues with your error
