Tteok
250g Korea rice cake
Boiling water
Frying oil
Chilli Glaze
2 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp Dried Korean chilli powder
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Garlic clove minced
2 Tbsp Honey
OR
BULDAK Sauce
Serve with chives or toasted sesame seeds
