If it were up to me, I'd take this Mustang just the way it is. The condition of the car already indicates that somebody put alot of love into it. I do love some of the advancements in suspension and breaks. But I prefer having the stock motor in that car! The 302/351 Windsor motor is by far better than any Coyote V8. Besides, that's a really rare version of that '70 Mustang. It's a base 302, 2 or 4 barrel carbureted V8 with either a C4 or C6 automatic transmission and with that being said, it's different than the versions we see all the time. Such as the Boss 429, Boss 302 and Mach-1 fastbacks. That's why I'm going back to my opening statement... If it were up to me, I'd take this Mustang just the way it is.

A few years back my wife bought a '65 Mustang and I proceeded to completely rebuild the suspension, brakes, and steering, With some fresh GT-style wheels and modern radials, she drove it to a local Ford meet to show it off. Shortly after that she decided to sell the car. I asked her why, after all that work, she would consider selling it. She responded that it drove like an old car. 'Nuff said.

As a past owner of a 1970 Mustang Coupe 302 2 Barrel single exhaust. Installed a Beautiful Mach 1 interior, tuned the engine on the old oscilloscope. One of my favorite cars ever I was racing 13-second cars and keeping up and or wining. It was a C4 automatic 0 to 60 in first. To me it was the perfect Street Machine. Not much could touch it from 0 to 60. Between the rear tail lights I even put a sticker that read 302? People couldn't believe it was a 302 2bbl. What I'm getting at here, I didn't need 500-plus horsepower to go fast on the street. It was such a reliable car . Even in 30 degree below weather it would fire right up. Obviously from Detroit 😋. I love keeping the Body Lines clean and simple. The Styling of cars back in the day were done by human beings and not computers that's why they look so good. Although Pro Mod is nice to look at and brag about. It's not something you can enjoy every day and drive back and forth to work at the same time.

I own an excavating company. I work on all my heavy equipment my trucks and my 69 firebird. I found the easiest way to remove any oil seal especially if the oil seal is back with a metal ring. I use coarse thread drywall screws or deck screws. No drilling needed. A drywall screw or a deck screw will drill through it itself in the course threat of the screw will back the oil seal out. Without having to drill and pull on the screws.
