Showing you guys how to make Tamagoyaki or Japanese rolled omelette. Its easy and super yummy I eat this at least twice a month!

1tsp dashi powder (or 4 Tbs dashi)
2 Tbs Water (not required if using dashi)
2 Tbs mirin
1 tsp light soy sauce (usukuchi shoyu)
1 Tbs sugar
4 eggs
