Ingredients:
4 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri powder
½ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 lbs. whole chicken
3 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken in plain yogurt, salt, Kashmiri powder, turmeric, lime juice, garlic paste, and ginger paste
2. Saran wrap and marinate for 3 hours or more
3. After 3 hours, coat the marinated chicken with cooking oil
4. Cook for 1 hour at 235 ºF on grill and flip halfway
5. Increase temperature to 400 ºF and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 ºF
6. Remove from heat and serve while warm
7. Ready to Enjoy!
