Tandoori Prawns at home
For the marinate-
Mustard oil
Turmeric
Cumin
Coriander
Garam Masala
Chilly pdr
Rock salt (Kaala namak)
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Lemon juice
Curd
Rub well
Coat the prawns and rest for 30 mins to 1 hr
Pin Prawns in Skewers
Heat Oil
Keep skewers on pan (Use tooth pick if skewer not available)
Keep flipping every 2 mins. Do it for total of 4 mins each side
Once done take off from the pan
Roast the prawns on live flame for 30 sec and sprikle chat masala
Serve with sliced onion and lemon
