The Perfect Thanksgiving Dessert
Ingredients
1 (30-ounce) can of pumpkin puree
2 (14 ounce) cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed/Evaporated Milk
4 large eggs
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
Directions
1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 425 F
2. Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue baking until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
