I used 1 cup of Almond flour. Sorry, I included it in the video but missed it in the Description. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Should have put the carb count for those pancakes cooked and weigh ingredients to b accurate

@@panama7223 I don't know the carb count. I've used almond flour which is a low glycemic index food with fewer sugars and carbs then wheat flour. These pancakes are very tasty.👌

Why would you press down on the pancakes after flipping them? You've added leavening to make them rise, and you're pushing it down. Makes no sense.

My husband prefers his pancakes a little thinner, hence why he presses them down. They still come out thick and fluffy enough. Though do what works best for you.😊
