That Taurus is on my short list of revolvers to get! Thanks for the video!

Still with you. I paid a lot for the colt. I had the same issue as you mentioned in your previous video. I will take mine out to the range soon, and hopefully, it works the kinks out. But I should never have to worry about those issues on a $1400 revolver.

I have a 627 Tracker 4" 357magnum and I also have a Raging Hunter in the 5.12" 357. Both are great revolvers. I love Taurus revolvers. I haven't had much trouble with Taurus. I was looking at a Colt revolver but have decided to pick up a Chiappa Rhino 30DS.

Colt definitely takes the lead. Taurus is shaping up as a solid bang for the buck. I wonder what kind of prices the major brands would have if there weren't these intermediary brands offering decent quality but without the same polish as the traditional brands.🤔 Thanks for the video!!! 👍

You’re having trouble loading those 357’s into the Taurus because you have been shooting 38’s out of it without cleaning the cylinder bores. 38’s leave carbon fouling at the end of the cylinder because of the shorter cartridge.

It appears the Taurus barrel porting helps a bit with control. I have a Taurus 44SS4 44 magnum 4 inch ported and I feel a difference between it and my 629 Classic 5 inch Smith & Wesson 🇺🇸

Probably Tracker, it has 7 shots against 6 shot python and tracker has ported barrel which will reduce recoil. Python is good collectors piece, but Tracker is better combat revolver.

You should get the aftermarket Hogue grip available for that Tracker (I have one on mine); it's more hand filling and even more recoil absorbing, and yet it's rounded on the bottom - so also better for concealed carry.

You can type any word into Google and it will have a speaker icon so you can hear how the word sounds, a definition and phonetic spelling. Aguila means eagle in Spanish. Pronounced: Ah -gee-lah.

If a revolver is slightly out of time it could shave lead as the cylinder turns, sending lead toward your face, so we wear eye protection. I know b/c this happened to me when I was qualifying during my LE career.

Have you ever fired a true full house magnum round out of a 3 inch revolver? Please, don’t do it without eye protection. A lot of hot gases and burned/unburned powder can come back at your face very very aggressively friend.

I get some of it but at days end it’s still my choice and as the other guy said dang if the revolver blows up eyes may be the last thing you are worried about. I do wear glasses 95% of the time but I suffer with terrible migraines and have since I was 19 like 3 a week and wearing glasses even sunglasses trigger migraines if I wear them to long. It had been a long day filming at the range and I thought well it’s a revolver and I’m getting a headache. I’m genuinely sorry so many people got tied up about it. The old Taurus guns worked for maybe 200-1000 rounds? then they failed misserably. so badly that no one wanted one. now people have forgotten and Taurus is doing a HUGE push paying lots of youtube guys to say nice things about em. Not sure what the new Pythons are like as I only own an old one (1969) My 'accuracy' tests are all from a bench at 25 yards out to 100 or so. In short there is no way I would own a Taurus.

I agree they used to have a bad rap, but we have certainly not forgotten about the bad rap. We just embrace the newness and the good guns they are making now! You should give them a shot, it’s a product man

Also, I (Gene) paid for this gun and people are so confused when saying that gun manufacturers “give” KZitemrs money or pay them. That just isn’t true at all. They offer the gun at no charge for 90 days and an offer to buy it at wholesale. I would never say anything good about any firearm that wasn’t true

@@GSquaredTactical I do some kitchen table gunsmithing so I will find out about em one way or another. Some friend will bring me one and say "can you fix this?" with the old Taurus the answer was always "yeah the ejector rod just unscrewed" or 'No.. the gun is junk'

I have two Taurus revolvers. A 66 plus that I've had for fifteen years and the CIA about twelve. Both have run flawlessly. Maybe they were of poor quality at one time, but I don't think that's true anymore.

Me either or not to the degree it may have once been. I mean it’s no BFR or Freedom Arms but for the price can’t beat it
