Teardown and Fix of a Samsung Front Load Washing Machine - The drum was not turning as freely as it had been. So we dug into it and sure enough, it was an issue with the Spider Arm. So we replaced it, the bolts and the tub seal. And learned a bit along the way. This is my first foray into fixing large appliances and I have to say it was a ton of fun! I spent $120 on parts and avoided a $350 service call. Its back up and running and the Mrs could not be happier!
