Important updates: - There's some weird behavior with the OSD. If you enable local dimming, VRR is greyed out, but if you enable VRR first, you CAN enable local dimming, but it'll then turn off VRR itself. I hadn't noticed this during gaming on this (a 4090 doesn't exactly struggle), but this is a possible issue and I'm waiting for CM to answer if this is a bug or intentional. - I see some comments (here and on reddit) about the "low" 2371:1 contrast. Remember this is with FALD set to LOW (which is the best overall experience imho), but most importantly this is in SDR Content! So in HDR with a much higher brightness it would normally be ~3x higher, if not more.

27 is the perfect sweet spot for a working monitor. The bigger you go the less density so the resolution starts making less sense, yet the GPU has to move the same amount of pixels anyway.

I have the Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 which has 1196 local dimming zones and excellent black/white contrast since it's a VA panel but it suffers from bad viewing angles and not as bright as IPS counterparts. Nevertheless, it's awesome for media consumption and gaming. But recently due to very tempting Black Friday sales, I got a new 77" OLED TV (LG C2 OLED) and it just blows away my Neo G8. For my next monitor, I would like a 32", 4K, 160-240Hz refresh rate, FreeSync/GSync capable, no loud fan, glossy coated OLED monitor. OLED just hits different even after seeing the higher end mini LED TVs & monitors. 😔

Move the monitor with both hands?! But, I only have one hand, what should I do!?!?!?!?! Not a serious question, but, I do only hand, thanks Cooler Master. More like Two Hand Master, One Hand Blaster. (sniffle).

The Alienware doesn't have as high of a resolution total, has a risk (or guarantee over a long period of time) of burn-in, has pixel sharpness issues on desktop use, lower peak brightness, and is more expensive.
