These are not only monstrous serve but monstrous return 🔥 too

Incredible returning. Isner seems like he'd be a total nightmare to play against, with the serve and decent ground strokes. Looks like he miss hits ball a bit and his volleying could be better

Let me hear you Murray and Agassi fans after this who has the best return

Agassi imo has the best eye hand coordination ever. But he doesn't have the reach and flexibility of Djokovic.

@@SHVideografie He is not as tall as Djokovic as well. Height does have an advantage in tennis.

@@SHVideografie that. Both are amazing in their own way. We all know Novak is a much more complete player than Agassi, with more mental strength, overall fitness (Agassi got pretty good in the second half of the 90s though), flexibility, reach, speed, and of course dedication over a longer time. I'd argue Agassi was both cooler and more fun to watch! But hats off to Novak's overall game and results...

I hate when my best flat serves just get bunted back. No pace on them so have to generate speed on my own and I often am in an uncomfortable place on the court to continue the point. I got a lot of work to do...

Isner's serve is terrifying, but his groundstrokes are very average for a top player. Would struggle to be top 30 without his serve with such mid and inconsistent ground strokes

So basically, grip tight, don’t swing, jump if you have to, to make sure the ball deflects safely across the net, preferably deep. Am I right?

no not even close, keep your arms loose otherwise you won't move to return fast enough, but gently squeeze the grip as the ball is about to make contact with the ball, you also need to split step right before the opponent serves

do what you can when he serves then be a better player than him
