There is an option in settings to stop calender before start of each day. You can understand your physical condition and training much better if you tick that on. I schedule super heavy training every week for the atheletes and still give them a day off and 100% phy cond at end of week. Your player develops better if he starts at training session at higher physical condition so if you do 2 medium/heavy training on a day, make sure to insert a physical care session in middle of day that will nullify any decrease to pysical condition. Also its good for a youth player to immediately increase their stamina and natural fitness to 10 before start training other attributes, that way you can easily schedule heavy trainings and have less injuries
