Hi, Tom is this step in method only good for topspin serve? we want to step in before the ball jump to high for us to return,right? i see all the balls you returned are kick serves. i can hit pretty fast and powerful flat serve, which is low bounce. if you stand in, i think it will be pretty hard for you to return my flat serve.

My feeling is if you can get some forward movement, it's going to help your return. Therefore even on a flat hard serve it will help. Tom
