Could you please enlighten me on a topic? I recently finished graduating in education and the major was primary education. Before that, my undergraduate was in education where I studied psychology as a course. Now want to be an educational psychologist with licensure. As I am from Bangladesh and there is less information on it, I do not know how to proceed with my dream. Is there any institution or organization around the world that certifies and provides licenses?

Hello. Thank you for reaching out. Are you hoping to study internationally? Since you just graduated, now is the time for graduate school. There are many school psychology and educational psychology programs that lead to licensure as a school psychologist. Is school psychology licensure in Bangladesh?

I just want to sit for an exam that will lead me to become a licensure as a school psychologist. I do not want to pursue any other degree rather want to be a psychologist only by passing that exam. for example, NASP, ISPA etc.

@tusharkabir I see. So each U.S state will have specific course/practicum/internship requirements for licensure. Most states pretty much align with NASP requirements. To get NASP certification, at least 1200 hours of internship is required, after finishing a practicum. Both must take place in your program. NASP also outlines specific coursework that is required for NASP certification. Below is a link to that information. www.nasponline.org/standards-and-certification/national-certification
