We used a 20 lb. Turkey / 4 lb. duck / 2-3 lb chicken
Here is what you do to make this:
1. order your birds through a butcher.
2. make sure that butcher can debone the birds. It might cost you a few $$ to have it done.
3. tell the butcher to leave the wings and the legs in tact on the turkey.
4. layout the turkey. apply layer of stuffing
5. layout the duck with the breast on the opposite side of the turkey breast.
6. apply layer of stuffing
7. layout chicken with the breast opposite of the duck breast
8. apply layer of stuffing
9. pull sides of turkey by the skin and sew closed as seen in video
10. butter and season the outside.
11. butter the pan so there is no sticking to the bottom. foil recommended.
12. preheat oven at 350 degrees
