Maybe I will start taking it again, but I'm definitely going to purchase a Quercetin supplement today. I haven't had any allergy issues since going Keto with IF and OMAD. I just got back from vacation today. We were in FL for around 10 days. It was virtually impossible to stay on Keto while visiting all of the theme parks. Well, I'm back home and my allergies are on maximum volume. My throat is sore, my eyes are itchy and watery and my sinuses are draining. It didn't help that I only got 4 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours either, plus we got caught out in rain storms several times during our trip. I actually found that when I switched from vegan to nose to tail Carnivore, and started alternate daily fasting, my lifelong allergies just stopped. No more miserable summers of hay fever, no more sinus infections, no more sleep apnea, no more itchy gums, eyes, or skin. I just stopped eating veggies, and started skipping a few meals. Used to take reactin like it was candy.

If I have capers with olives and omega 3s, I feel great. I have had problems like IBD and all sorts in the past and it always helped out. I believe capers help lessen inflammation to such a degree due to querticin or something similar :) I love capers, olives and marinated anchovies (replace the olive oil with fresh EVOO, add ACV and Parsley maybe with some Pepper), it's great on salad

Trying to keep on working through painful sinus inflammation and impact of a Pfizer vaccine that gave me myocarditis and AFib. My mothers nose always runs during breakfast. The other day the eggs were running late, and so I gave her the first part of her meal; vegetables/avocado + squeezed lemon w/ turmeric and black pepper. Well guess what ? Her nose didn't run, She didn't get her handkerchief out, she didn't sneeze. About 20 minutes after she finished eating the first course, I served her 3 eggs. Immediately her nose started running. Not sure if allergic reaction to eggs all these years has/will cause(d) any long term damage. But upon informing her of her egg allergy she immediately quipped "I'm not quitting eggs".

Then suffer the ill effects of the allergy to them then. Sorry but I hate the stupid attitude. It's okay to be sad and a little resistant and mournful of getting rid of it making changes with favorite foods but to outright say "no!" like a spoiled immature irresponsible child is such a bizarre behavior to witness in grown a&& adults. Okay, rant being semi over with here, she might consider: 1) experimenting with different eggs, 2) experimenting with substitutes that she WOULD enjoy instead of eggs. 3) cutting back on eggs or a mix of all of these. Try finding the healthiest organic free range eggs in your grocer or local area / farmers markets. Find out how they're raised and what they're fed, maybe research what is fed to chickens that oeosyce eggs people have the least allergies to, etc. 2) vegans are wizards at cresting often delicious plant based substitutes for animals foods. You can buy (and even make yourself) a pantry stable egg substitute mix made from garbanzo beans but that might be keto or non allergic either. Mixed with paprika and nutty cheesy nutritional yeast or "nooch", these can be good. 3) google / research what to eat instead of eggs. 4) how are you preparing them? With organic olive oil and organic butter in a seasoned (made to be nonstick) cast iron or ceramic nonstick pan or in a or vegetable oil and Pam in a teflon skillet?, Etc.

On 4Sep2024, I had allergic eczema: pinching rashes, pustules & severe itch on my entire back & belly, threatening to spread to my scalp, arms and crotch. I sat at JESUS’ feet and had this prompting: your autoimmune system is over-reacting to the allergen ( likely, fabric softener & mould on a dress that I wore without prior washing after over a year)… calm it down by fasting. So I fasted for 4 straight days… more than 100 hours, drinking only water and vegetable soups, mainly, watercress, winter melon, cauliflower… only the broth, discarding the emptied fibres. And Daddy GOD completely healed & subsided the painful & itching flare-ups after that!❤

It’s all good and definitely useful but if you have high levels of vit D in blood ,it’s increasing Calcium in blood as well and yes vitamin K2 helps to prevent this happening.
