I'm watching this and thinking you had an even smaller printer now, for display shows or something. I may or may not have slept in a few days. Looks neat!

How did you go? I think having all the correct colours is the biggest challenge since by the looks of it I'd have to outsource printing all of the components so that fast charging can be enabled with more heat tolerant materials.

@@YaNeK92 Dude, it went terrible. Dont waste your time or money.. I bought this kit two different times and both of them didnt work... I was a dumby and I built everything like 90 percent of the way before actually testing to see if the parts worked... that was partially my fault but I guess I had too much expectation with this.. Bambu labs printers are great and I think they should just stick with that... after my second one didnt work they refunded me finally. They were also sick of their own stuff not working..

@@Reds3DPrinting I appreciate your reply and input! I'm gonna finalise my purchase of the A1 mini today with some filament to test PLA/Glow & PETG. I actually did remove all those "kits" out of my cart because the majority of the model has to be printed anyway so it's not really worth the price. Also upon doing further research, there are 2 challenges with this kit if you don't have access to a P1S or X1 and only have an A1 or an A1 Mini to print this model: If you want your wireless charger to support fast charging (15W) instead of slow charging (5W) you have to outsource printing all of the printable components so that all of the physical printed structures are printed with a more durable and heat tolerant material (like ABS) instead of PLA which is fine for slow charging at 5W. Also having all of the correct colours to match the colour theme palette is another matter. In my country this kit retails for almost $60 and I can buy several wireless chargers for that price already functioning and assembled lol All the best from Western Australia and happy printing! 🦘😎🤙🏼

I treid to assemble mine today and I have to say, I admire their commitment to realism. The outdated instructions and quality control issues on just about every part really sell the feeling of working with a genuine A1 series product.

@YaNeK92 unfortunately, I couldn't finish the project. The kit didn't come with enough long wires, so at this point, I'd need to buy more lengths of wire of that same tiny gauge, solder them, and resheild them, but that would reduce the flexibility so I don't know if it would even work. There's also no way to contact support for that product and get the correct components sent, so for now it's just sitting half assembled in a bag on my dresser. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to buying what should have come in the kit I bought already and finish it.

@@ashlandwest1647 I appreciate your reply and input! It sounds like that product should go under review and hopefully Bambu will address that feedback ASAP as well. Missing the part where the print head is attached, the transparent piece on the front, and the top anchor point that attaches to the rail. Also, there seems to be 2 translucent rods in the kit that aren't used?

45 USD plus shipping and taxes and you still have to spend on material and time to print and assemble... Something does not add up. Want a better idea? 199 USD AMS for your P1P P1S so one does not have to spend the USD 350 for the X1 one, want another? 199 USD printer that disrupts the market and takes over the CR clones with no camera no LEDs, no AMS, no fancy stuff, just quick prints!!!
