Very helpfull video, will definetelly follow the instructions! One question, when I am about to start the minicut, I just simply drop my kcals right away (e.g. Sunday 3300kcal - Monday 2100kcal)???

great video! after an aggressive mini cut, do you go back to the initial maintenance after? or do you trickle back to maintenance over time?

Thanks man! Trickling back to maintenance is more like a reverse diet, which is best done after a standard cut where you get quite lean (but not dangerously lean - a "recovery" diet would be better there). In the case of an aggressive, short term mini-cut, best to jump right back to maintenance & ideally back into a conservative surplus shortly after!

should a skinny fat person do a 5 week mini cut and then got to a bulk

If you are skinny fat, it typically means you don't have much muscle built at all, which would classify you as a beginner as far as physique development goes. In which case, recompositioning (losing fat while building muscle at the same time) would be the ideal approach. This consists of a significantly less aggressive deficit and optimized training to start dropping fat rapidly while synthesizing muscle. Of course, during this time we must ensure your training, nutrition, sleep and water is optimized (then again, if those components are not optimized, inferior results will always be certain). I'll have a video breaking this approach down fully soon, stay tuned. In the meantime, I have a few older videos covering recompositioning I highly recommend you check out!
