Hi. Nine at-home exercises from "Iron Arni". This workout is great for use at home, as you will need minimal equipment and the effect of the workout will be excellent!
The exercises allow you to engage all muscle groups, thus you get a ready workout at home. If you do not have enough load - use extra weight to make your muscles grow.
I recommend doing each exercise 3-4 times to make your workout complete. The number of repetitions is given in the video, rest between approaches 2-3 minutes!
Don't forget that the main thing you have to do on your way to building your dream body is to eat, sleep and rest, and constantly change the load.
