Hey my cousins and I would walk down the highway, with my Aunt keeping the old Ford 60 something pickup along side us. We'd gather up the cans, bottles and trash too. We'd throw everything in the bed of the truck, sell the recycling and take the trash to the dump. The local Dairy Queen would reward us with a free ice cream for the trash pickup and we bought groceries for our family with the money. That was Texas, over 30 years ago

I respect that you are standing up for all the people that are struggling and that you put your integrity over money. People say I wish someone would do something. Some thebb say to themselves wait, I am somebody. You are someone who is doing that. If you find a peace sharing your music commercially that you can live with, you could set up a charity that funds food banks, helps people get access to mental health and treatment resources, and more. I'd bet that you know exactly how hard getting that help is. You're my kind of guy, and I thank you for the good that you are doing. I'd be proud to call you a friend. Such a beautiful cover! So thankful God shared your voice with us. What a vessel of a Man you are! You're no Messiah, but you sure show The Way

I thought I was the only one that remembers and loves this song! Every time I listen to this man’s music I always think the same thing, I thought I was the only one..
