It's hard not to break into laughter when Ringo's around. He's a naturally funny guy. If you haven't seen his 1969 movie with Peter Sellers, The Magic Christian, i highly recommend it! The end is a total 60's visual feast.

so sorry to hear that. my moms been battling dementia for a couple years now too. its a life changing struggle but Im very proud of her for never giving up and doing the best she can. music brings me much comfort & relief every day as well while Ive been caring for her. Id feel lost without it. like you say, sometimes just smiling is hard. love Marc & T Rex too obviously and taking a time out today on his birthday to listen to some groovy tunes. take care

@@brockmanlove I didn’t see your comment until just now. My mom had dementia also and now my sister has Alzheimer’s. I’m so sick of dementia! My husband passed away last September and I miss him so. Yes, it’s amazing how, no matter how ill from dementia a person gets, they still respond to music; at least my husband did. Up until about six weeks before he passed away when he caught Covid from someone and couldn’t recover. Anyway, I’m sorry about your mom. It’s so hard to watch someone you love go through this awful disease. Sometimes I feel like I would rather die than watch my sister go through this and have to live through it again. Thank God for music. Thank God for Marc Bolan. There’s just something about him that makes me feel better. Take care of yourself and I’m sorry that I didn’t see your comment until now. Hang in there! You’re doing very important work. 💕💕
