INGREDIENTS for 15-20 pieces
3 cups of wheat flour type 550 (500 g)
250 g of natural yoghurt (1 half cup)
25 g fresh yeast or 1 packet of dried yeast (7 g)
6 yolks (L eggs)
3 tablespoons of sugar (30 -40 g)
vanilla or vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt (2 g)
100 g of melted butter
additionally
jam, marmalade or jam to stuff donuts
1-2 l of oil or lard for frying
Bake 25-30 minutes on each side at 180 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heater, without hot air or 165 degrees Celsius with hot air
