CAULIFLOWER PIZZA RECIPE:
For the cauliflower crust:
-1 head cauliflower, chopped
-1 large gg
-1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
-2 tbsp grated Parmesan
-2 cloves minced garlic
-1 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp thyme
-1/2 tsp pepper
-Salt, to taste
1. Combine the above ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Scoop the mixture into patties on a baking sheet
3. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes
4. Top with marinara, shredded mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and fresh basil.
