Snatch Grip High Pulls are easily the number one trap exercise for me and my clients, bar none. Farmers walks don't even compare, as good as they are. I credit Christian Thibaudeau with making me a believer in SGHP.

Wide grip snatch pulls is new to me! I always feel it in my traps the day after heavy deadlifts. And that small shift when doing shrugs is massive too.

I do rack pulls, hang clean high pulls and the one that really targets other muscles I have never felt worked before is a barbell overhead carry..brutal

Snatch grip high pulls are great. I do them after deadlifts. Something about how primed my body is to move big weight after deads makes the comparatively light high pulls so much more explosive. I would add behind the back barbell shrugs as a great trap builder as well. Because of the position if puts you in you can really get a crazy stretch in the traps. Also, the low back fatigue isn't an issue for most people. When I do this movement consistently I can do sets of 20 with 75% of my deadlift 1rm, which is insane stimulus for the traps
