Small not to the "side lying leg raise" 6:54, try to push ur foot of the upper leg downwards (making u´r leg longer) so u feel the activity in ur small glutes otherwise the lower back will help in these exercise and u woun´t fell any aktivity in ur glutes Very good video, keep on going :)
