That was very helpful. I forgot abt hand placement and “leaning back” being a problem and just thought I was too weak and bad at balancing, and I was right but I neglected positioning which came to sight thanks to you

OMG! Right after the video. I tried a slight wide-range of my hand and noted the SQUEEZE THE HAND WHEN PUSHING-UP and boooom I got up and unlike my other attempts it was rather easy.

Is starting from bent arm press position as the iniating position easier than the kick up version. Different people i see start either from kick up or bent arm press
