You must be one of the lucky ones. Dust tends to settle in about 3-4 days. But it’s hard to know if this is bead maker or just a natural dust settling over a few days if the car isn’t driven.

@@OmniGarage It offers gloss, water beading that lasts up to a year with proper maintenance hand washes. spray-and-wipe hydrophobic coating. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Lasts up to a year? Does it play nicely with glass?
@finitolowpez

@@OmniGarage Yes, it does! Keep in mind that proper prep and decon is crucial before the application. To my experience, it will give you at least 3-6 months, but I have seen cases up to a year of water beading protection after the application. Try it out, the 12 oz bottle runs for about $35

@finitolowpez so is it more like a spray coating rather then a drying aid/detail spray?

FYI, Beadmaker has no Si02 in it. It’s a polymer based sealant.

Attracts dust like crazy. Meguiars hybrid ceramic spray wax works amazing for me

I'm looking at a bundle that includes the cherry speed wax and the bead maker, but cant find any videos on how to use both products? Assume the cherry wax application first and THEN bead maker?

Unsure what a cherry speed wax is.

I've used beadmaker /dreammaker before as well. Loved the feeling and the ability to use it as a drying aid. It just didn't work for the area I live in because it would cause really bad dusting on my car. Just a headups for people looking to purchase the product. Love it nonetheless

Yes this is an issue with this product. I have heard a lot about mixing bead maker and dream maker together and there are plenty of “recipes” that people use to mix the two. I am yet to try it out but need to give it a go. Every product I have tried has a downside and that’s when personal preference will win.

Wasn't the paint already beading from the coating on the car?

Good info. That said, OG Dry Aid is my choice after every wash. Has the same chemical makeup and thus its performance is outstanding.

A lot of these products are very similar. We have tried OG drying aid but we are unable to buy it in NZ. This makes it very expensive to keep using.

Hey mate appreciate your in-depth video but the biggest problem with this product it is a massive dust/pollen magnet even with the "Jamie the cleaner" hack. I will say that it does do great with the slickness and gloss but a huge dealbreaker with the dust

We haven’t had a chance to test the Armour Detail Supply product line, however it will be inbound to New Zealand shortly. We will purchase the full line and will be sure to let you know our findings.

Beadmaker doesn't protect so I don't use it. there are way better spray sealants or ceramic drying aides that provide sickness and gloss and protect as well. Beadmaker even though it's good is obsolete now

😂 you’re having a laugh, you can pretty much wash this off with water, and the hydrophobics are 💩

Not in our experience at all. Hydrophobic’s have been fantastic in the initial fortnight after application. It’s pretty evident for us the product is still there when we can still dry an uncoated vehicle with a leaf blower after application with good water movement.
