In the meantime, try this move out as it will help you stretch the origin of your hamstring:
Step 1: Laying on your back, place one end of a thick resistance band around the bottom of your foot.
Step 2: Place something, such as a folded-up towel, under your lower back. Throughout this stretch, focus on driving lower back into the towel, thus keeping you in anterior tilt the whole time.
Step 3: Stretch your left leg out and bring your right leg toward your face, keeping your knee straight, thus putting you into a classic hamstring stretch.
Step 4: Begin pulling on the band with your hands in such a way that your right leg is pulled toward your face even further.
Step 5: Now here is where the magic happens! Once you feel a good stretch, let your knee bend a little bit, and then add some tension on the band and try to pull your knee to your chest.
