Turkish Doner Kebab bread full recipe:
500g pizza flour
1.5 tsps salt
1 tsp sugar
1 sachet of dried instant yeast (7g)
150ml lukewarm water
150ml lukewarm milk
(If using normal bread flour or all purpose plain flour drop the water and milk to 125ml)
50g or 5tbsps neutral liquid oil
50g yoghurt
Beaten egg and a splash of milk
Sesame and nigella seeds
Bake in a well preheated oven at 230 degrees Celcius (fan setting, that's around 450 Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
