I must be fortunate because I have never had any doctor or physical therapist tell me not to move my neck or body for my cervical and lumbar stenosis. They have all encouraged movement as the number one thing to do to improve mobility. I guess I have been lucky in that regard.

So true. I dont understand where that "dont use your neck" logic comes from. I think of all the times people break bones and are in a cast. What is the treatment there? Make sure to move so the muscles dont atrophy from staying sedentary! My neck gets stiff just from sleeping if i dont turn at night. Been using your videos and my body feels better than it did 1 year ago You, Mr. Matt are a gem.

Hey Matt, I just subscribed, I watched the hunchback videos a couple weeks ago and im happy to say my hunchback is completely gone but that first time i did the exersise it was difficult but as days went by it got way easier, but its all thanks to you.

I heard that advice not to look up... Actually neck movements are triggering my family, they get angry when I stretch my neck in their presence. I fail miserably at suggesting and motivating them to join in to my wonderful healing journey. How do you suggest to handle angry and resentful responses of elderly parents to exercising advice? (and to my own exercising?) That seems such sad Karma and I wish them better.

Same for our knees. To protect our knees, we need to put loads on them. Running is the best for normal weight people. Swimming, biking, elliptical machines do not strengthen our knees.
