So glad I found your channel! I have been having horrible hip pain in my right hip, I think due to an ACL injury I haven’t had surgery for yet. I do have a couple of questions for you: where do I find the “yoga” belt/rope and the blue cushion in the 5 minute hip,pain video. Thank you so much! So glad I found you!

Hi Jo can you please refer me to excercises for my condition. I am subscribed to your channel. Conclusion: Degenerative spondylosis L5 on S1. There is subsequent slip and disc uncovering does result in bilateral L5 nerve root foraminal narrowing but more severe on the right than left. Many thanks I love watching you and trying to do what I can.

Thanks! I have a videos for both spondylosis/DDD and disc herniations. What kind of symptoms are you having? Any pain radiating down your leg(s), are you having trouble walking, etc?

For years, I have been unable to bring my left leg up to toe my shoes. It’s been so tight and nothing has helped. I actually felt some relief doing these stretches! Thank you so much!

I sprained my pelvis a few weeks back and after I doing this once I'm able to put a bit more pressure on my leg to walk without too much pain off my crutches. I'll keep at it. Thanks!!

I see in most videos on channels with the hip drop that they don't say which leg to do the exercises on. If my right hip flexes when on one leg, do I strengthen the glutes on the left or right leg? I'm not sure if both would be smart as one side is overactive.

I am having Tennis hip last few days which is causing pain in very upper hip whenever I get up after sitting longer time on the sofa or the chair. I have tried the yoga block stretch to push the knee away. I think it gave me nice fine stretch all the way from hip socket to very close to the lumbar region with some sound twice or once doing this stretch multiple times. I am feeling better. Could you please answer my question if possible. 1) Is this pose supposed to give you stretch from hip socket to all the way near lumbar region 2) Is this normal to have some crack sound between hip socket and lumbar when pushing knee away as far as possible

I know 🎶🎵the leg bones connected to the…🤣🤣🤣, 🎶…THEREFORE, joking aside, could you please WORK downwards to my ANKLES AND FEET! Please? My extension digitorum longus and Peroneus Turtius is killing me! Does this anatomy relate to flat feet, prolapsed feet, pronation of feet? Your channel DESCRIBES the? How? WHY? And Where? What to do Better than any other!!!!💕👍😊🙏💕 WHAT EXERCISES can we do to strengthen and help with pronation and collapsing feet! So MANY PEOPLE SUFFER from this I’m certain a video would help thousands of grateful people!

Thanks for the video. I´ve been feeling a kind of left outer hip pain lately and basically I can´t stand and bend forward as it pulls and it hurts. I´m usually pretty bendy and I suspect I must have pulled something on that hip. Could you both help pleas? xx

So apparently I have tight muscles in my pelvic floor and extra bone in my hip join because of cross country as a teen and a damaged Iliad nerve. (Starting pt soon but not soon enough) Will these help?
