Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the opposite could be true? We see a meal and can’t believe how few calories are there for its size?
Well, that’s exactly what happens in today’s video!
I make 3 different meals - one is just 100 calories, one is 200 calories, and the 500 calorie one is fit for King Kong. Prepare to be amazed!

SPINACH STRAWBERRY SALAD 97 CALORIES / 9g PROTEIN
(oops! I said the egg white has 11g of protein but it's actually just less than 4g) Calories are correct.
Salad Ingredients:
-100g spinach
-100g strawberries
-25g slices red onion
-1 egg white
Salad Dressing:
-2 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
-juice of ½ lemon
-1 tbsp white wine vinegar
-1 tsp fresh tarragon or ½ tsp dry tarragon
-s&p to taste

-300g egg white
-100g broccoli
-1 tbsp grated parmesan
-add hot sauce if you like it spicy!
SHRIMP FRIED CAULIFLOWER RICE 482 CALORIES / 56g PROTEIN
Ingredients
-150g uncooked shrimp
-1 egg, scrambled
-650g cauliflower rice, frozen or fresh
-150g chopped peppers of choice
-50g chopped onion
-2 cloved chopped garlic
-15g chopped fresh ginger
Sauce
-1-1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
-1/2 tsp sriracha
