i feel the process of transitioning to raw meat is similar as the process of enlightened, when one start to seek and clear all what we are not and ultimatly realize what we we are we allready where all the illusion falls, that wich was never there can not be ultimatly real, amd that wich is always, present, it reveals itself, it can be experienced, it doesnt mean we are not elightened just we dont see because we are distracted by our senses and others stuff, i think with raw meat is same, once one start to seek and experience with oneself one come to the conclusion that what we are, raw meat eaters, is what we always where, and all illusiom falls, everything comes into the light again.

Some scientists argue that cooked meat drove our evolution, as chewing less when meat is cooked conserves energy, allowing for more calories to fuel brain development. However, they overlook the fact that cooking diminishes nutrient content. I ask them, do we want to be more nourished or less? Clearly, more nourished. And we know raw meat provides more nutrients than cooked meat. Therefore, cooked meat didn't drive our evolution; rather, I see cooking meat as a cultural practice from 1.5 million of years ago, without inherent advantages or benefits. Raw meat, on the other hand, is superior in every aspect-it's easier to digest and retains its nutrients. What do we want?"

Argument 2: Why does no animal in nature cook meat, and why are we the only ones who do? If raw meat propelled us to the pinnacle of evolution, why didn't other animals that consume raw meat evolve like us? My response to this is that our evolution was not solely driven by meat but rather a multifactorial, environmental, and so forth. Meat simply acted as a catalyst, but it wasn't everything. Our ingenuity in creating things was also crucial, and meat enhanced that."

When I eat sashimi, I don't chew it much more than cooked salmon. I mean how many calories do they think we are saving. Which "scientist" came up with this theory? I don't really believe that "scientists" argue this. People who enjoy cooked meat argue this, and then claim scientists said it. They should be called out for being liars unless they can state which scientists published this theory.

But where is all the fat going? If I eat 2 sticks butter and dont gain weight, where does all the butterfat go if not on my bodyfat? does the body just excrete it via poop?

Bro, I have one question. From the IBS video, I understand that we should not mix starch with meat. However, in my country, every vegetable and meat is consumed with a grain, such as rice, wheat, and sorghum, and almost all grains consist of starch. Everyone here consumes cooked vegetables or meat with a grain or a product made from grain. I tried eating just boiled organ meat and normal meat, but it didn't fill my stomach.

I'm in process to cure my egg intolerance too. 1 year and half ago I was eating 12 to 18 raw eggs a day, and them I eat some raw bad quality eggs, became very sick and never could eat chicken eggs in any way (not even cooked). For some reason Duck eggs do not caused me any reaction. In the last 6 months, I have been eating small amounts of eggs with High Liver (fermented liver) and/or kefir and with any type of raw fat. The important part that I notice is that I need to consume a high amount of the fermented food with a small amount of egg, like (2x or 3x). Now I have been eating 3-4 eggs with 3 days off in between, and have reduced the amount of fermented food that come together and I feel fine. I started with only the yolk, and I notice that I'm far more tolerant to the yolk than the clear, more than 4 clears a day and I start to not feel too well. I have tried one day 8 egg yolk and I was fine. But I don't what to abuse also, to not throw my progress away. For the next 2 months I'm gonna start to increase the amount of eggs per day more rapidly to see if I get any bad reactions, or if I show to my body that is stupid to be "scared" of eggs xD Btw, great video, you talked very well and I learn more interesting things!!

@@ExcellentHealthAt the beginning of the "intolerance", I drink eggs and felt like a rock in my stomach after 20 mins of drinking them, then after an hour or two had explosive diarrhea, headaches and sometimes fever like symptoms for about a couple hours. And the eggs now were from my farm, so should be fine. Other times, after 10-20 mins of ingesting eggs I felt like I wanted to vomit (but never did, so I think that's why after an hour or two I had emergency diarrhea) Nowadays if I "abuse", I get some creamy stools and some mild fever like symptoms. The interesting part is that if I eat with fermented foods I digest pretty well and with no symptoms whatsoever. Some people in the primal forums said that could be just detox, Idk I even took a test for intolerances and turn out positive at chicken egg yolk, chicken egg whites and kiwis. Now my theory is the same that some clinics do for people that have extreme allergies, just a little bit every couple of days, and increasing the amount overtime

I noticed around 5:30 you said you are not getting saturated fat on a vegan diet. Actually you do from the fermentation of fiber into short chain fatty acids in the colon, aka;butyrate or butyric acid. Now im not advocating a plant based or vegan diet as im also carnivore, with fermented raw dairy and raw honey, but im just saying you get it from a plant based diet, but also from butter which is about 4% in 100 grams give or take of butter, ghee and the vast majority of ketone bodies produces butyric acid (short chain fatty acids). But my diet is similar to yours but just wanted to make a point/slight correction. Also we dont have data on a high quality carnivore or animal based diet where cooking and negative compounds are harmful to humans in this context. So we need more data to decide conclusively that cooked meat is not good or less better for humans than raw. Also good interview. It was enjoyable (Also big fan of ajinus thunderplanets)

You do not get saturated fat on a vegan diet, but you can get butyric acid through intestinal fermentation. This presupposes that you have a healthy colon, which most people don’t. Glad to have you here brother. We definitely need a raw meat eater study.
