Confrontation is tricky. Once you learn to accept that not everything goes smoothly it becomes more manageable. I like that you highlight the importance of prioritizing the relationship. Keep up the good work, your improvement is real 🙌

What's now helping me a lot more on this topic is having a more Self Developed "AWARE" Perception, this tends to help me be more in control of my Ego rather than my Ego automatically running the entire show.

Preach girl. I just went through this the other day. Sometimes it feels like I’m the only one trying to keep the friendships going. My best friend had said she really cared about me and loved spending time with me but then didn’t message for like a month. I started getting kinda mad at her. I thought who could say such nice things one day and their actions show the opposite. But I know I make my best decisions when I’m calm so I decided to meditate and wait until the next day to reach out to them. I thought about all the things I have learned and realized a few things. 1. Most suffering comes from the self. It’s about how we perceive things that can hurt us. 2. Expectations harm us. Don’t give up on people but be okay with whatever life brings. (Say peace and release😉) After that me and her had a really good talk and we both talked about our troubles and helped each other feel better. Your right though. It’s about hearing and being heard. The best relationships have the best communication. The goal is not to say what you want but rather have a conversation not an argument. There is no winning or losing. It’s just hearing and helping each other. Physical touch? You mean... cuddling... or aggressive cuddling?😳 Don’t answer that 😂

That’s so awesome you were able to meditate and calm your emotional self before reaching out and talking this over with your friend. You must have a super high EQ or something 😉

@@nicoleonfeels Yeah but it’s something I have been working on for years. With meditation, self help books, and videos. A similar path you walk 🙂 My New Years resolution has been to be kinder to myself. Not so much being selfish but more so forgiving. And I have noticed that as I learn to accept myself “as is” the more I’m able to accept others as is. I’m not perfect though. I still have a lot of the same pain and feelings I’m just slowly learning to understand them and I think that helps. But it’s because of the people in my life and videos like yours that I’m able to keep bettering my own life and those around me. So keep it up Nicole. I appreciate what you do. I hope you have an awesome day 😊

2:00 = "...some physical touch..." -> 😅😉👍🏿 8:00 = "...let it go, let it go...🎤🎶" But blowing up and/or yelling us definitely not appropriate. I'm really appreciating your work!

Hey, I'd like to say that I'm finally a subscriber :) I'm not in a relationship but I don't like confrontation cuz idk how to go abt them. I feel like I won't b able to properly convey my feelings when confronting someone. This video gives me a lot of insight and now I know how to better use words to communicate my feelings to others 🧘🏾♀️
