Nice video on which sprocket is the distribution chain running? You have 2 sprockets on your crankshaft I have a problem right now that the chain is not running right over the teeths…

it's a CVT transmission, so there's no gearbox

If possible would you be able to lend me a hand? I was checking out my Amigo 50cc gy6 due to no acceleration with throttle response and the belt shredded to pieces, when taking it off the kick starter was messed up and I wanted to know if you could do a tutorial explaining what that lever even is on the outer case

First take off the bushing and then pull out this metal disc

@@g_garage At first I saw you weren't able to pull it out at first. Were you able to remove the rest of the variable clutch by removing the stator first?

You don't have to remove magneto or stator, just pull the bushing from the shaft first and then the rest of the variator

It's the same engine? In the video you can see that I didn't take it off the first time. Use a bolt loosening spray and use some force. Block the shaft and try to turn the bushing with pliers.

No it's a Router bassa 50cc, looks similar so i think it's based on v-click

I can do all this, but it's all the little wires connected to the steering area that baffles me.

Yeah, electrical gremlins are the final boss of any decent shade-tree mechanic, whatever the vehicle type may be. Good news is that with a multi-meter and a wiring diagram, you can diagnose most issues, and with a soldering iron you can fix many of them
