Herr Wallenstein is a true artisan. What an experience to see him at work in his shop.

I received a two Wallenstein pipes this month after waiting in great excitement after seeing the stylistic designs- boy was I disappointed, more than disappointed in what I received! These two pipes were not pipes for a man but so tiny I thought they would have been small even for a child. Though the design was great and the magnetic pipe to stem was brilliant I wish I had never ordered them. I paid 174.00 $ for one pipe and 135.00 $ and truly wish I had my money back as the size was literally half what I was expecting. The tobacco chamber was so small that I hardly could load it and keep it burning because the bowl was so small and shallow. This is just a warning for anyone out there about to be taken in by the beauty of the designs like I was-these videos do not truly make it clear how tiny these pipes are. I will not order another Wallenstein pipe after my experience-I was hugely disappointed!

Why, then, did you not return them for a refund instead of posting online complaints about two pipes that may or may not be indicative of the thousands of pipes the man has made?
