I 100% agree with straps makes it easier! Every time I use straps and if I end up hitting a PR I redo it without that straps 2 minutes after the lift to make sure I have the grip and pull strength without the straps to still hit it 😂

Yeee! That’s why I only do pulls with them, may limit me a bit but it’s also a confidence / trust thing I think with being wrapped in to a bar whilst snatching 😂

3 things 1) GOWOD app for Mobility, do it daily! 2) spend 5 minutes in the bottom of your squat every day☺️ (it’s not easy) and 3) do light paused squats with the barbell to help unlock your stiffness in the muscles and joints!

It really is realistic, just have to starts slow, with empty barbells / PVC pipe! And just enjoy it as part of training along with other parts

I started watching you because of your CrossFit assessments . You blew up with Brooke Wells blocking you after the handstand debacle. 😂 I think going back to that for the most part is what we are missing. I’m an old (new to the sport- just old) Olympic weightlifter and while I can understand the excitement over the gains in a squat block or pause power snatch into OH Squat, it’s boring as sheeet for those that don’t because it is so repetitive. While I don’t want to see you wreck your body doing CrossFit I was really looking forward to you team thing with Jazz you guys were going to do. I think that would still be very cool. Also…. Deep dive into why Podium is a superior product , how, why and is it true other similar products can be contaminated causing athletes to get popped. You are fantastic at analyticals and stated business was down. You’ve taken us on the journey of the beginnings of your business but not specifically what/why the down turn was and how you are pivoting or staying the course with changes. Love the content and watch I think I watch 90% of it😀 . While scaled for masters life high intensity aka CrossFit can no longer be a part of my life due to autoimmune crap I still watch and am a firm believer in the philosophy, modality and benefits. It’s also so fun and rewarding ❤ Love the channel and will keep watching! 😀 Cheers from Okanagan Canada
