Tyler's getting a lot better! He's still not as good as Cody, but Cody has years of practice. The video itself looks great, too. Bringing in Tyler as a narrator has proven a great decision. Looking forward to future essays!

i am not quite sure about that. He speaks faster and his pronunciation is a little bit moist and harder to understand for someone with english as a second language. He gets bonus points for effort, tho. If he would start speaking more clearly, this would help.

Fine line between Genius and Madness. Especially when he was known to have obsessive compulsive disorder. He may have even been autistic (Asperger's Syndrome) before it was known. Tesla may or may not have been as smart as history claimed but he did inspire innovation and ideas that others benefited from. He was the catalyst to great inventions if not the actual creator of those inventions.

*sigh* I used to find tesla interesting, and we studied his work extensively in school. But this new found attachment crackpots have to him has really soured me on the topic. It has become an almost religious thing, with people legitimizing any number of fridge ideas by trying to assign it to tesla. Which is a pity since he did really great stuff, but his actual accomplishments have been utterly swamped by the mythology that has popped up around him. There is also the irony in people trying to focus on his legacy have shifted so many other even less well known inventors and scientists to him. It is almost like we can only acknowledge 1 person per domain per century or something. Even before his new found attention he was one of the most famous inventors of his period.

Wireless energy is actually possible, just on small local scales such as a room and at small amperages, not on the global scale that Tesla imagined. Using plugin radio wave transmitters and radio wave receivers at high enough amps, or the more expensive, but less interfering inductive walling, you can create a room which could send electricity through the air or induce currents in devices built to receive the specific frequency or induced current.. It's just not possible on a global scale

He sold his particle accelerator plans to either 9 or 12 (I can't recall) distinct superpower countries. He did this hoping the world would understand the complete destructiveness of this weapon that it would end all war entirely. In essence, every superpower would have then had equal opportunity to destroy the world hundreds of times over, thus no one would want to pick fights. The U.S. Govt wanted to buy the design... so he gave them the designs... He also gave the designs to Russia, India, and France among others. Tesla was a man of peace. So much so, that the only serious weapon he designed was a weapon SO powerful, no one would want to use it.

That doesn't really apply here. If he had been a croatian instead of a serb it wouldn't have made a big difference. Hello Gog no he was not a serb in here he was a croat by someone but you should know the nice relasions betwen the same people but difrent countrys. There is one text that says "God, do not let the serb bond, if they bond nobody can stop them which happend in yugoslavia. That is why i hate that SOMEONE is teaching wrong. I do not care about somebodys nationality i just what to say we are all the same. But the people that control split us.

It doesn't take much scientific knowledge to figure out that wireless energy is incredibly wasteful and possibly even dangerous.

there are also two OTHER types of electrical currents, but AC and DC are the main two we use.

The reason why Tesla's wireless transmission idea failed is BASIC PHYSICS. Air is a shitty conductor even under high voltages. This is why you can SEE lightning: the air heats up to *30,000* K which is five times hotter than the surface of the sun, and brightness scales with the FOURTH power of temperature. Which is why lightnings are visible from kilometers away despite being only a few centimeters wide. All that energy is being radiated away as heat and light, which is something you generally don't want to happen to your precious electricity. Wireless transmission via electromagnetic radiation, the method Tesla was AGAINST, turns out also to not be feasible. Earth's atmosphere is only transparent to small section of the electromagnetic spectrum, specifically radio waves with 5-10 meters wavelength and visible light. Radio waves with such long wavelengths would require transmitters and receivers kilometers in diameter due to diffraction limit, and visible light has shitty conversion efficiency.

It was more of competition that led Edison to try and prove that AC current was dangerous, as AC current better than DC

For alternative facts: He totally created unlimited power source His intelligence was definitely given to him by aliens You can build his device, but you need a 50 dollar blueprint, since they cant tell the actual machine For actual facts: Never watch the history channel Never go to alternative history websites
