This is the ONLY non-destructive way to "pick"/bypass/crack a Master Speed Dial lock.
This lock is also known as the Master 1500 or the Master One.
Master says this lock is "unbeatable." Well, I think we all (in the lock-picking community) know that every lock can be bypassed. If you forgot the combination or messed up when you reset the combination, your lock is trashed unless you follow this video. With my instructions, you should have bypassed this lock in 3-5 minutes AND now have the ability to reset the combination to whatever you'd like and continue to use the lock properly.
I'm sorry about the video quality, but I searched for a long time on this lock and there were a lot of fake videos or videos that involved destroying the lock.
So I figured it out for myself.
This lock CANNOT be shimmed (and I show you why in the video). There is also no way to use conventional picking tools to properly manipulate the internals of the lock. This is no ordinary padlock. For about $10, Master put a pretty awesome design into this lock.
Tools you will need:
1) Flathead screwdriver bit (for the main screw in the back, which has one side shaved down so you can only turn it in the "tightening" direction... I've seen people DRILL OUT this screw and this would qualify as "destructive entry," and you might as well just use bolt cutters... destruction is NOT necessary)
2) Torque or triangle screwdriver bit of the appropriate size (for the two triangle-head screws on the back... if you don't have the triangle bits, which most people don't, a torque bit [they kind of look like an asterisk - * - in shape] will fit and give you enough tension to unscrew)
*THESE ARE THE PROPER RESET INSTRUCTIONS*
(in case you're too lazy to google them)
~Once you have the lock in the zero combination position (where you'll at the end of the instructions~
1) Open the shackle
2) Move the slider on the back to the reset position
3) Close the shackle
4) Press down on the shackle a couple times (this resets the internal dials to neutral)
5) Enter your combination (CAREFULLY)
6) Open the shackle
7) Move the reset slider back to the normal position
8) Close the shackle
9) Press down on the shackle to reset the wheels to neutral
10) Test your combination

This process should only be preformed on a lock you personally own, or by a certified locksmith for legal purposes. And remember, it's only a $10 lock -- it's probably not barring you from something extremely valuable... thieves would probably be using bolt-cutters anyway.

Now, I fully recommend JUST using PRESSURE on the screw and taking the time to find the right size bit that will finally catch it enough to slightly loosen it. You COULD use alternate methods like filing a perpendicular line (creating your own ledge for the flat head screwdriver), adding superglue to the bit to help it stick, or extraction tools (which would be hard since the screw is recessed, and why buy another tool to do the job?) ... but I see these methods as destructive to some degree, and the entire point of this video is NON-destructive entry.
So I say again, PRESSURE, PRESSURE, PRESSURE! (and patience to find the right bit).
