Chk video at 7:35 where u said bonus maximum wale pe dena hai.. Means if salary is 5000 (means less than 7000) than bonus is to be calculated at 7000 But if salary is 10000 than bonus is to be calculated at 10000 Where as in the next slide. It shows that agar 7000 se kam hai salary to actual salary pe ..(if salary is 5k than bonus is calculated on 5k) Agar 7000 se jayada hai to max 7000 pe bonus calculate krna hai. (If salary is 10k than bonus is calcuated on 7k) Konsa sahi hai

what u want to indicate ..kavi bolti ho 7000 p claculate kavi bolti ho nahi ..kavi bolti ho minimum wages less then 7000 usspe calculate kvi bolti ho less than 7000 toh direct 7000 p calculate...???

Dear Mam ,Payment of Bonus @8.33% of Basic +DA , but want to Know that this calculation is for Payment of Minimum Bonus.But what about the Calculation of "ALLOCABLE OF SURPLUS" , for Example for Proprietorship Concern as Per Bonus Return a Schedule-2 , is used for Calculation of "ALLOCABLE SURPLUS" and accordingly the amount to which extent the Bonus is to be Paid , as per " BONUS RETURN" . So what i think is that Minimum Bonus which is Paid by Practice is @8.33%. , But the Actual Bonus which has to be Paid is the Amount as per BONUS RETURN. So Kindly Justify in that way. That Bonus has to be Paid straight way. @8.33% or it has to be Paid with a Calculation Rules of Bonus Return.

Mam thoda sa confused ho gaya me us point pe jaha par ap tha bonus will be calculate karna bata rahe h ap bol rahe ki agar kisi ki salary 6000 h to hameko 7000 *8.33/100 karna h par ap jab repeat kar rahe h to bol rahe h ki agar 6000 h to 6000*8.33/100 lena h wese apne bataya ki 7000 se salary kam h to hamko 7000 hi lena h na mam

Yes, According to the eligibility criteria, if an employee earns a salary of up to Rs. 21,000 and has worked for the organisation for at least 30 days in that fiscal year, he or she is eligible for statutory bonus.

No you are not eligible. If your salary limits exceeds 21000/- there is no legal compulsion and it is at employers discretion to pay bonus or not.

Mam mai delhi govt office mai contract worker hun jisko in hand 19k or gross 21400 hoti hai isme esi of epf ka paisa include hota hai. Iske alwa hame koi benefit nhi milta 21k cross hone ki wajah se hamara employer bonus cut kar rha hai. 21k ki limit ko increase karna chahiye iske liye kaha letter complaint karen taki hum jese bhahut se workers ko benifit ho.

Payment of bonus is applicable only if 10 or more employees in factory And for establishment/company 20 or more than persons employed will get bonus!!! This means if in a factory there are less than 10 workers than no bonus will be given Samje?

If employer salary breakup given in appointment letter and they show part of some rupees amount bonus per annum to employee. But employer not gave this show amount. then What can we do.

If it is reflected in the CTC mentioned in the appointment letter, he must pay the bonus amount in monthly salary, but if you are not receiving any money, speak with your employer about Bonus.

If the Annual bonus is 16800 then monthly bonus should be 1400. Discuss with your Employer in such cases.
