Hanging knee raises (10×) Hollow body hold (30s) Tuck L sit hold (20s) Butterfly pulses/bird dog extensions (10× each side) Side plank hip dips (8× each side) Diagonal dragon flag hold (20s) -> rest between exercises 20s

As always a well-timed short, but long enough video to put into everyone's daily routine, keeping one motivated by changing it slightly.. Found your site with great exercises helping me to get back into shape after a longer period (>1 a.) of illness. Have been watching them first and kept practicing since - in the near of the Baltic Sea - for well over 1 year and a half , near 2 now, feeling part of the Calisthenics family but never leaving a comment. In the meantime I'm able to do almost all variations of pushups, planks and so on building respectable core strength to do dips combined with L-sit, etc. now. However: Though training pulling by doing deep rowing at a train station (using a kind of "🚲fietsenstandaard"😅) just before taking the train to work, I still never managed to build enough grip strength to do ordinary pull-ups.. (Always been weaker part, even in my early days in ...) Felt fairly well trained, fit, prepared, okay for being an old dude (60 since 2 days 🎊).. Hard lesson then, just again yesterday morning, rather early at a bar in a playing ground/"speeltuin" in Mecklenburg.. Even the bare hanging didn't work out, frustrating.. So glad, there weren't any kids watching! 😂 My deep rows - due to lack of the right pulling bar - at the train station and between 2 chairs at home - just weren't good enough!😊 Only one conclusion left: Keep up to my training program, exercising better, not harder, without getting severely hurt, stick to calisthenics anyway. And I'll stay tuned: You are doing a great job, always a pleasure watching!

Adding a core workout at the end of your body lower day would be great. this way your core is not already tired form your upper body workout. Good luck💪

Bro I have a perfect pull-up bar but I’m like 6’1 6’2 and I’m always touching the floor😭 and I’m kinda a beginner so it’s hard to bend knees and lift that way. Not creative at all so building mechanisms hasn’t worked either lol
