Breath has changed my life. It's like the reins on my mind and nervous system - a steering wheel, if you will. It also improved my cardio - which is very helpful as a dancer. In fact, my cardio improved more in 2 months while barely getting any exercise (while practicing breathwork a few min a day) compared to when I danced for a an hour a day but didn't practice breathwork.
