Katherine Dee in her cyber dating should look at the "online DDlg" world where once upon a time these relationships were in real life, but has moved to the "online only" realm where they never meet. Women spearheaded this, but the males who fake their dominance and wisdom eagerly embraced it so their visage of manlihood wouldn't be exposed. Today, it is rare to have a local "daddy" or "little girl".

Some of these trends are due to many men simply leaving the field. Women are amazingly deaf to what men might say, but they do eventually notice what men are doing (or rather, not doing). My assessment is that it's going to go a lot further, and get a lot worse, because the men still playing are either more entitled, more psychopathic, or more hateful and cynical than ever before. I think the irrationality of feminism has been a self-fulfilling prophesy.
@andystegall7407

Well how many times can you play a game of keep away before you realize it's not worth chasing after the ball in the first place? Feminism is a lie that's keeping women as the eternal victim under the guise of empowerment. Men are falling behind in terms of education, and financial security? According to feminists, it's men's fault and men need to step it up because it's making things harder for women to find a good man who makes more money than them. How can men give a woman a free ride through life if he's struggling? Who cares why he's struggling, he's just weak.

The bit about being rejected so much more than you’re used to is true, personally. It’s part of the reason why I don’t really comment or interact a ton in comment sections: it sucks saying, posting, or sharing something online, coming back to check on it, and there purportedly has been zero engagement. Recently I was at a gathering where a 25 year old woman was talking very confidently and enthusiastic about her 5-year plan which involved following her partner (a man) around wherever was needed for him to finish medical school and residencies. A bunch of other women there immediately started harping on her for making her life decisions around a man. I can understand expressing concern if she was like “I’m not completely sold but he really wants me to come” but this was clearly something she was excited to do. 53:41 I think this "be the less invested partner" advice is why many relationships don't work. If everyone is trying to be the less invested then nobody will get together. And frankly, relationships work better imo if the woman is more invested in a good man who is still invested in her if there needs to be a differential. I'm also not going to be trying hard if a girl doesn't seem into me and invested. I work too much and I'm content in and of myself. That's me working very hard to get in a relationship to do more work to maintain it and, frankly, most girls don't benefit your life too much unless they're really into you and like doing things for you, they just serve as an extra cost center.

By "front-loading" the process of connection with only the good stuff, it becomes easy to impose one's own desires and dreams onto another person - to think that this guy or this girl might be the one who fills the void of loneliness, or misunderstanding, or frustration.

The way she attacks this is VERY VITAL in my opinion, if she allows the mob to bully her into submission then she’ll forever just be a parrot to their takes and there is no use for her to have any original takes and if she was to stand on her opinion and not allow them bully her then she’d be allowed in the future to have these opinions, removing a bit of her current toxic militant minded followers and becoming more respected as a nuance person with opinions we can all agree or not agree with.

Im a woman in my 60s and I follow Chris and love his interviews. This one is refreshing. She talks about how women really dont want a slothful man. I tell younger women the type of man they want will see what he wants and go after it and if you have to chase and analyze everything just move on. I never had trouble dating before I married and dated lots of really great men. Dated, not slept with. I think young women should just chill, stop putting men under a microscope and stop sleeping around. Yes I said it..

59:46 In that Offspring song he was clearly being sarcastic when he said that. It's the whole reason that he follows the phrase, "The more you suffer, the more it shows you really care" with a long pause then, "right..... yeaah...." I mean... he is singing about the trials of a guy with no self esteem. This is typically a sentiment that is re-enforced by women as they tend to equate how much a man sacrifices (suffers) to provide for her the life she wants the more he really cares about her. This comes in various forms whether it's how much you've suffered at your job to get money to spend on your girl, or how much you've sacrificed your values for the girl, or the lengths you would go to keep her with you. All of these things are typically shown in media as ways for men to "show they care" to women and regurgitated in various forms by other women that largely share these views of men and as Offspring so clearly painted it in their music adhering to this belief and these actions are indicative of a man with no self-esteem. Thus the name of the track. "When she's saying, oh that she want's only me Then I wonder why she sleeps with my friends When she's saying, oh that I'm like a disease Then I wonder how much more I can spend Well I guess I should stick up for myself But I really think it's better this way The more you suffer The more it shows you really care Right? ... Yeeaah..."

There are absolutely girls who will just flirt with married men because if he responds she feels superior to the wife. Even if she doesn't want or like the other woman's husband. Some people find taken people incredibly attractive. Maybe it's just for the challenge. Who knows, but it exists more then ppl might like to admit. Then if someone insecure crosses paths with a person like that it can trigger something. Especially if the partner had responded in a positive manner.

I think the reason sexual acts have become so dark is the simple fact that people are having sex at an earlier age, with random partners and the specialness, the connection and bonding just isn't being experienced. So it's like a drug now. People have to push the envelope further and further, than they ever would have needed to if they respected that aspect of human behavior and society. I wish women could see the beauty and specialness that being a woman is. Same as how beautiful and special being a man is. It feels like people are just acting like caricatures of reality. It's really disturbing. I don't see how any progress can be made with all this madness and irresponsibility.

Spot on. I also heard a theory which makes a lot of sense to me: When you have sex, children were always in the realm of possibility. It is very recent that we think of sex decoupled from making children. Which means the element of 'danger' (of having your life altered) that was always inherent to sex is now suddenly missing. And so we try to spice it up artificially with kinks. And when a child does happen after all... no problem. Go to the doctor and do some state approved murder, no problem. Our society is in big, big trouble...

i think for some people new relationships are like a new drug. they get that first hit and just want more, but a few weeks later the thrill and novelty of the new relationship wears off and they need to chase that next new drug which is only felt at the very first few weeks of intimacy with someone new. these people just jump from one partner to another, using others to fill a void thats actually deep within themselves.

This was an interesting conversation to listen to. I also do believe all these memes and internet cultured trends that women have bought into such as the girl boss meme and even highlighting the psychosis of certain behaviours that feed into the "trainwreck but it's okay" narrative and making poor dating choices are derived from a lot of these modern shows on social media such as "You". I do think that there's a whole stigma of dating narcissistic partners that's been accepted by society which plays a big part in why dating is such a cesspool of weird. Also this woman was pulling up trends that I had no idea existed lmao wtf I feel old and I grew up during the meme uprising era!

Chris, the terrible stories of what happens in Family Court are often true. This isn't a case of "I heard online", this is a case of "there was a divorce in my family and..." or "A bunch of the kids at school have dads that got screwed in the divorce". MGTOW is rational. Completely swearing women off not so much, but being very, very picky about what kind of woman will not destroy you, is just good sense these days.

Really interesting conversation. One thing I wanted to touch on is ‘Lovebombing’ it maybe that it’s been blown out of proportion. However, it is something that commonly occurs when a con artist/ narcissist/ psychopath is trying to get someone into a relationship quickly without allowing the other person to think too much. They rush into commitment shower with gifts and complements in such a way that you don’t have time to think. It’s planned it’s intentional and a way control is introduced early on in a relationship.

@@badass447 then it wouldn’t be the lovebombing that I’m speaking to. Lovebombing I was speaking to is a manipulation tactic, used by someone who is wanting to ensnare someone as soon as possible for reasons that are dishonest and abusive on every level. If you’re speaking of being lavish and sweeping someone off there feet, that sounds more like rushing into things. Could also potentially signal codependent tendencies. I guess there are always variants. However, in the video the full meaning of Lovebombing was not touched on and could possibly be misinterpreted.
