Thank you Alan, I was really happy with them. It's my first shoot with a film SLR - I've mostly used compacts before. So glad the turned out nicely.

I only shoot about 10 rolls of film a year, but I still get excited loading it in the camera. Great pics

You're welcome, thank you. It's a lovely camera - quite big and chunky, but it's very nice to use.

Chris, beautiful photos. My two F100s are shining paired with Nikon 85mm 1.4 G. Would be great to hear about your scanning workflow and how you are getting those wonderful tones. Cheers

Thank you. I use the 85mm 1.4 G at weddings a lot. Unfortunately I don't have much to share about scanning. I sent all of these away for developing and scanning to AG Photolab in England.

@@ChrisBoland I just picked up the F100. Almost done with the first roll, an Ektar 100. But will definitely try out the Trix400 and the Portra 400. Thanks again.

So in love with this. Beautiful words and pictures to go along. I’m in love with film and I’ve only shot and received two expired rolls that I’ve shot, I have some in the lab now and can’t wait to get back! Subscribed!

Love the video Chris, Im also dipping back into film and recently shot some night scenes in Bideford North Devon using Cinestill 800T with great results from my Nikon F5. film defiantly fine tunes your composition more.

Thank you! I've used Cinestill once or twice and it's definitely a film for moody night scenes 🙂

Romantic indeed. When I first started shooting film I thought it'd be a short fling or love affair, but it ended up turning into a full-blown long-term relationship. It sounds like you had a lot of fun shooting a couple who also appreciated film.
