Such a Powerful episode with Zoe Chance. Every Leader should listen to this episode and since everyone is a Leader, Everyone should Listen to it. I’ve been practicing Listening intently ever since I watched Admiral Caldwell display this important skill so brilliantly. He is one of the most powerful men in the world and yet he made us feel comfortable to be around him by the way he listened and then validated what we said before responding. Thank You Brother For all you do. Much Love and Aloha!! #edmylett #maxout #Kvibe

Influence is definitely definitely definitely a superpower on a SPECTRUM. It can be used for good or evil. Someone can use it to INSPIRE you to do greater good in your own life or MANIPULATE you to bend to their own will or essentially reverse-inspire you to settle for a lesser level.

So much to take away! Some highlights for me are- THE MAGIC QUESTION, which I have caught myself (in desperation) using before, but now I feel more confident that it IS a great way to approach a situation. Also, the idea that in order to be influential, you must be willing to be influenced🤯🤯🤯 One more idea that stands out to me, is the tip on influencing your children by creating an emotional connection FIRST, before giving the request or demand that you want to be fulfilled (easier said than done I'm sure). Additionally, the way Zoe speaks (her tempo and volume) was so appealing to me. That alone, WAS INFLUENCIAL. Can't wait to re-watch this one. I REALLY enjoyed listening. THANK YOU #MAXOUT

WOW! What an AWESOME interview! I've learned to be more present in my conversations and I practice active listening which shows the other person that I'm invested in this discussion. I no longer think about myself because when I do, my stutter increases. When I focus on the other person, I'm not even thinking about my stutter and miracously my stutter tends to fade away. I'm also going to use the "Magic Question" in my life and work because I know that it will take me to the next level. Thank you again for this great interview!!!!

Two out of three are natural influencers and the third is working in a startup instead of going to the university.. I guess they're all on the right path for each of them. THE MAGIC QUESTION: what would it take... (so this never happens again)? What a moving and dramatic influential question! It opens up possibilities and you're in the gift giving business. #MAXOUT from Israel
