The simplest rolls ever! No molds!!
450 grams of flour
50 g whole wheat flour
7 g sugar
9 g salt
8 g yeast
210 g milk
110 g water
1. Mix all ingredients and let rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
2. Place covered in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
3. The next morning: Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
4. Cut into triangles or squares. Cut the lid. Place a heat-resistant bowl on the baking sheet and fill it with water.
5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Cover with another baking sheet.
6. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove the top baking sheet.
7. Reduce the heat to 220 degrees and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet.
