The ultimate seated yoga flow to banish back pain and boost mobility. Spinal Sweep!
Hey, Yoga Fam! This practice is the perfect way to increase mobility, loosen up tight/ stiff hips or low back and to boost recovery days with a through full body stretch. This practice is slow, satisfying and very luxurious. We start off with a brief breath session to set the tone for our practice. From there we take our time visiting various seated postures and utilizing cat cow movements to really get into those hard to reach spaces. This practice will ease tension, and get those stiff and sticky areas moving and mobile again! Some poses visited today include, simple cross legged position, deer pose and diamond position.

This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
