I do this every week post run. Leaves me well stretched and relaxed. Reminders to breath and calm the body have a holistic effect. Super effective for a short session. 🙏

Perfect timing! Just finished a 20 mi gravel trail cycle. Hands & upper body aero position , peddling 85 rpm. This mindful stretch lowered the nervous system to “street” level. Right on!

Good shit I do 85 rpm on the station running thing and then push to 100 after 30 seconds and then back down to 85 and so on for 5 min and I’m dead .. keeping a constant pace at 85 rpm for 20mi is hard work ! Respect

This actually made me sleepy....and I mean that as the highest complement 🙏 So relaxing. I just finished my first rebounder workout, after switching to that as a lower impact option for my knees, following 2 pretty serious wrecks and childbirth. This routine was the perfect cool down as I ease my way back into working out. Much appreciated ☀️

I work as a climbing arborist and on the weekends I love to rock climb. I was feeling incredibly sore since this past weekend and immediately after following this once my soreness is nearly gone. I feel great! I’ll be following this routine every day after work and after my climbs now.

This is such a nice stretching routine after my Workouts. Especially today everything felt like I wasn't doing my best and I was so disappointed. But you're right. I should be thankful that my body can do these things. Just showing up and doing something that is good for my health makes the day better!

Ive followed this routine after every workout for a whole year now and my box reach test went from +15 to +20 im very greatful for the improvement in my flexabilty and overall health. Definitely removes tight muscle pain and flushes the lactic acid out of my body 👍

For some reason I had such a hard time making some poses for the first week that I did this, but my soreness from my workouts completely disappears for the rest of the day so it made me come back consistently. I'm in the middle of my second week, and it suddenly started feeling so good, I dozed off during the martial arts stretch LMAOOO thank you so much for this routine!

Listened to your advice regarding complementing your strong Yoga videos with pulling exercises and improve my trash pulling strength 😂 I have been getting into bouldering/climbing. Love this routine. Just be mindful that the timings are not even - e.g warrior stretch is held for 65secs one side and only 25secs the other so you need to workout a midpoint for an even stretch.
