Thanks, Alan, for separating the wheat from the chaff out of Rupert's Q and A sessions. When I've been present in his retreats so many questions have reminded me that he is sometimes approached as an Agony Aunt to address one's personal dilemmas. To have available those questions and responses that deepen my experience of what Rupert is pointing to in the arena of non-duality is greatly appreciated.

Alan, excellent election of this Rupert's segment. Thanks. Rupert, we are already accustomed to your deep as no one else yet apparently simple and clear answers thar dispel any darkness to the listener. Thanks Rupert.

Thank you for this Alan 🙏 It seems to me that the fundamental nature of ourselves is 'known' experiencially and is 'recognized' instantaneously in the complete inner silence of now, without necessary probing or searching for anything.

There is no happiness just content. Too much happiness only brings suffering, the middle way is the only way.

Rupert uses the word happiness to mean not lacking. He doesn't mean it as a state.
